Featuring a water-resistant design, Hastings’ Voltage Detector includes an electronic touchpad with 11 range settings from 240 volts to 230 kV as well as two URD settings, 15 kV and 25 kV. Each detector has a built-in self-test function, a high-quality beeper, visual and audible operator feedback, and an auto power-off function.

Sold separately, Hastings’ Proof Tester provides lineworkers with additional safety and diagnostic capabilities. When no known voltage is present, the Proof Tester allows the operator to make sure the Voltage Detector is working properly by pushing and holding a single button.
