Safety Performance Solutions is led by E. Scott Geller, Ph.D., Professor of Psychology at Virginia Tech.
Other team members include professionals from the field of industrial/organizational psychology, industrial engineering, human factors engineering/ergonomics, organizational design and development, occupational safety and health, communications, and education/training.
