Self-Retracting Lanyard

Sellstrom-Self-Retracting-LanyardsA lightweight dual self-retracting lanyard designed for vertical fall arrest is available from RTC, a division of Sellstrom that specializes in fall protection equipment. The retracting feature helps minimize tripping hazards and shortens free-fall distance.

Key features include a lightweight 6.2-pound compact design ideal for mobile use within a small working area; 100 percent fall protection and elimination of tripping hazards; aluminum housing construction with webbing strap; a swivel snap-hook designed to prevent webbing from twisting; and a stress indicator that clearly indicates when a fall has occurred. The lanyard meets OSHA 1910.66 Appendix C, OSHA 1926 Subpart M and ANSI Z359.1 standards.
